e) Use of the application form

  • the disclosure is necessary to assert, exercise or defend legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding interest worthy of protection in not disclosing your data (Art. 6 Para. 1 f) DSGVO).

In these cases, however, the amount of data transmitted is limited to the required minimum.

Our data protection regulations are in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and the data will only be processed in the Federal Republic of Germany. A transfer to third countries does not take place and is not intended.

  1. Duration of storage

The data collected will be stored with us for as long as it is necessary for the execution of the contracts entered into with us or if you have not exercised your right to cancellation or your right to transfer data to another company.
