We welcome you to our website www.movx.eu and thank you for your interest in our company and our offers. The movX GmbH online offer contains external content. Despite careful control of the content, we assume no liability, as we have not initiated the transmission of this information, have not selected or changed the addressee of the transmitted information and the transmitted information.

Below we explain to you what information we collect during your visit to our website and how this information is used:

a) Visit of a site

Every time a customer (or other visitor) accesses our website, information is automatically sent to the server of our website through the Internet browser used on your end device (computer, laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.). This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file.

Our legitimate interest in collecting the data is based on the following purposes (Art. 6 para. 1 f) DSGVO):

b) Use of the comment function

Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out on the basis of your voluntary consent (Art. 6 Par. 1 a) DSGVO).

e) Use of the contact form

If you have any questions, please contact us using the form provided on the website. At least a valid e-mail address and your name are required so that we know who sent the request and can respond to it. Further information can be provided voluntarily.

Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out on the basis of your voluntary consent (Art. 6 Par. 1 a) DSGVO).
The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be deleted after your request has been processed.

e) Use of the application form

We offer you the opportunity to apply on our website within the scope of your application by providing personal data. The data is entered into the input mask of a form and is then transmitted to us for further processing. The data will not be passed on to third parties. The following data can be collected during the registration process:

Personal data (first and last name, date of birth, address), communication data (telephone number, e-mail address), data on assessment and evaluation in the application procedure, data on training (school, vocational training, civil service, military service, studies, doctorate), data on previous professional career, training and job references.

Data processing for the purpose of applying to us is based on your voluntary consent (Art. 6 Par. 1 a) DSGVO).

We only use the data you submit to process your application for the advertised position and only those persons who are involved in the application process are made aware of it. All employees entrusted with data processing are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of your data. We do not pass on your personal data to third parties unless you have consented to the data being passed on or we are obliged to pass on data due to legal regulations and/or official or court orders.

Your data will not be disclosed to third parties for purposes other than those listed below.
We will only share your information with third parties if:

    you have given your express consent in accordance with (Art. 6 Para. 1 a) DSGVO),
  • this is necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you (Art. 6 Para. 1 b) DSGVO),
  • there is a legal obligation to pass on (Art. 6 Para. 1 c) DSGVO),

  • the disclosure is necessary to assert, exercise or defend legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding interest worthy of protection in not disclosing your data (Art. 6 Para. 1 f) DSGVO).

In these cases, however, the amount of data transmitted is limited to the required minimum.

Our data protection regulations are in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and the data will only be processed in the Federal Republic of Germany. A transfer to third countries does not take place and is not intended.

  1. Duration of storage

The data collected will be stored with us for as long as it is necessary for the execution of the contracts entered into with us or if you have not exercised your right to cancellation or your right to transfer data to another company.

  1. Security and Encryption

This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders and contacts of any kind that you send to us as a site operator. a) Information

You have the right to request information at any time as to whether and which data are processed by you for what purpose, but also to whom and on what basis they are passed on, as well as the right to receive copies of the existing data (Art. 15 DSGVO).
The information requested may include in particular the processing purpose and category of personal data, the categories of recipients from whom your data has been disclosed, but also the planned retention period, the origin of their data, if not collected from us, and the existence of automated decision making including profiling.
The information must be provided immediately and must in no case exceed 1 month.

b) Correction

You have the right to have any incorrect personal data collected corrected or incompletely collected data completed (Art. 16 DSGVO).

c) Restriction

You have the right to request us to restrict the processing of your data, provided that the legal requirements are met (Art. 18 DSGVO).

e) Output

You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request the transmission to another person responsible (Art. 20 DSGVO).

You have the right to ask us to delete your personal data (so-called “right to be forgotten”), provided that the legal requirements are met (Art. 17 DSGVO).
Independently of this, your personal data will automatically be deleted by us if the purpose of the data collection no longer applies or if the data processing is unlawful.

f) Right of withdrawal and objection

You have the right to revoke your consent to us at any time (Art. 7 DSGVO). As a result, we are no longer allowed to continue processing data based on this consent in the future.

You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time if a right of objection is provided for by law. In the event of an effective revocation, your personal data will also be automatically deleted by us (Art. 21 DSGVO).

g) Violations

You have the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in the event of breaches of data protection regulations (Art. 77 DSGVO). The responsible supervisory authority is both the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Rhineland-Palatinate (www.datenschutz.rlp.de) and any other supervisory authority (Art. 55 DSGVO).

a) Share content via plugins (Facebook, Twitter & Co.)

The content on our pages can be shared on social networks such as Facebook or Twitter in compliance with data protection regulations.

This tool does not automatically transfer user data to the operators of these platforms. If the user is logged in to one of the social networks, an information window appears when using the social buttons of Facebook, Twitter & Co. in which the user can confirm the text before sending it.

Our users can share the content of this site in social networks in compliance with data protection regulations without complete surf profiles being created by the network operators.

b) Facebook

Our pages include plug-ins from the social network Facebook, provider Facebook Inc, 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA. You can recognize the Facebook plugins by the Facebook logo or the “Like” button on our page. An overview of the Facebook plugins can be found here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/.

When you visit our pages, the plugin establishes a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server. Facebook receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. If you click the Facebook “Like” button while logged into your Facebook account, you can link the contents of our pages on your Facebook profile. This allows Facebook to associate the visit to our pages with your user account. We would like to point out that, as the provider of our website, we are not aware of the content of the data transmitted or how it is used by Twitter. e) YouTube

Our website uses plugins from YouTube (owned by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). When you open our website, it establishes a direct connection to YouTube’s servers via your browser. This transfers to YouTube the information that you have accessed our website. If you are logged in to your YouTube account, your visit to our website and all of your plugin-related interactions (e.g. clicking the YouTube button) may be associated with your YouTube profile and stored on YouTube – even if you do not have a YouTube profile, YouTube may store your IP address. To prevent YouTube from collecting information when you visit our website, log out before you visit YouTube. To prevent YouTube from accessing your data via web pages in general, you can exclude YouTube plug-ins for your browser (e.g. www.youtube.com/user/disconnecters).
